como una disciplina clave para el progreso y el bienestar de las organizaciones, ya que permite comprender los recursos y las competencias humanas como objetivos para desarrollar, gestionar y mejorar el desempe\u00f1o empresarial, la calidad de vida laboral, la salud, el bienestar y la satisfacci\u00f3n en general de los colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p>Esta disciplina genera un entorno positivo que da como resultado empleados proactivos, colaborativos, con sentido de responsabilidad fortalecido y mayor compromiso; lo que impacta el desempe\u00f1o organizacional.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas vienen utilizando la psicolog\u00eda organizacional como una herramienta de construcci\u00f3n laboral, que permite desde el proceso de incorporaci\u00f3n de personal seleccionar personas id\u00f3neas y apropiadas o cuyas capacidades y aptitudes sean adecuadas para desempe\u00f1ar los cargos requeridos en las organizaciones, convirti\u00e9ndose en una pieza fundamental para la construcci\u00f3n de equipos o grupos de trabajo encaminados al \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, la psicolog\u00eda organizacional contribuye a la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, generando ambientes motivacionales donde la comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva y los talentos de los colaboradores permiten el desarrollo, la autorrealizaci\u00f3n y el compromiso con la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, permite que las organizaciones logren los resultados esperados a partir de un proceso de mejora continua, enfocada en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>En raz\u00f3n al confinamiento causado por el Covid-19, las organizaciones optaron por hacer uso del trabajo en casa, con el fin de no suspender los procesos operacionales y evitar la cancelaci\u00f3n de contratos; como consecuencia, se gener\u00f3 una gran cantidad de situaciones de estr\u00e9s, ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n en algunos colaboradores, dadas las extensas jornadas de trabajo, unidas a diferentes distractores propios de los hogares, que motiv\u00f3 a las empresas a generar estrategias basadas en la psicolog\u00eda organizacional, enfocada a reducir riesgos psicol\u00f3gicos y psicosociales, velando por la salud f\u00edsica, mental y emocional de todos los integrantes de la organizaci\u00f3n, monitoreando permanentemente la exposici\u00f3n a factores de riesgo y determinando el origen de las patolog\u00edas de acuerdo a los reportes generados.<\/p>\n<p>Es por ello que la psicolog\u00eda organizacional se consolida hoy como una herramienta que construye bases s\u00f3lidas<br \/>\npara el desarrollo, el beneficio y el
